Option 1: 2 hours on the slope (for skiers/snowboarders Level 2+; ages 3+)
Option 2: 60-minute Ski or Snowboard discovery lesson
Option 3: 2 rides of the Snow Bullet (Zipline)
Option 4: 40-minute Penguin Experience

Visiting between 9-31 October? You also get access to Sector 13: a haunted experience hidden in the snow, filled with eerie scenes and unexpected scares.

⚠️ Please Note: The Snowy Ghost Town experience includes sudden scary moments and may not be suitable for children below 7 years old. Pregnant women are not allowed.

Things to Know

Please make sure to arrive 40 minutes before your booked penguin encounter or ski/snowboard lesson
All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT
All guests must sign the waiver to enter the slope
Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only (Skill Level 2+)
Guests should meet the minimum skills requirements to use the slope:

Stopping Safely
Speed Control
Link Turns
Ability to use the lifts

Please note that the penguin encounter is a group experience, so you will be accompanied by 12 other individuals.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.

By entering this experience, you agree to follow all displayed rules and listen to any instructions given by our team members.

⁠Running is not permitted inside the attraction.
⁠This is a no-contact experience. (Our actors will not touch you, and you are not allowed to touch them.)
⁠Please avoid touching or tampering with any props, decorations, or set pieces.
⁠The attraction includes confined spaces, sudden scares, loud sounds, simulated violence, and darkness.
⁠Effects such as strobe lighting and fog are used, which may affect guests with epilepsy, asthma, or other sensitivities.
Individuals who are pregnant women or have heart conditions, back problems, or respiratory issues that may be aggravated by this environment are advised not to participate.
