To be eligible, you must create your Ski Dubai account no later than one month before your birthday, enter your correct date of birth, and opt in to receive marketing communications.
If you meet all eligibility requirements, you'll receive your official Birthday email from Ski Dubai 7 days before your birthday. Your complimentary Snow Fun ticket can then be redeemed on your birthday or up to seven days before or after, giving you plenty of time to celebrate.

Important: You must present Ski Dubai's official Birthday Ticket email together with a valid government-issued ID to redeem your complimentary ticket. Creating an account or logging in does not generate the Birthday Ticket email immediately. The email is only sent 7 days before your birthday to eligible guests who have created their account at least one month before their birthday and met all offer requirements.
