Important Booking Information
- All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT
- Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your booking
- A maximum of 20 hikers are allowed on the slope at any given time
- Memberships are valid throughout the month, excluding event days such as the Ice Warrior Challenge, DXB Snow Run, Snow Duathlon, and any other announced events
- Misuse of a membership will result in immediate cancellation without refund. Examples include sharing or transferring the membership to another person, accessing the facility outside designated hiking hours, failing to comply with safety guidelines or staff instructions, or entering restricted areas
- The hike involves challenging terrain and may not be suitable for expectant mothers. Entry is at the guest’s own discretion, and Ski Dubai will not be held liable for any health-related issues
- Smoking within the facility is strictly prohibited and will result in membership cancellation without refund
- Memberships cannot be placed on hold, except in cases of medical necessity with a valid medical note or doctor’s certificate
- Replacement of lost or damaged cards will incur a fee of AED 250 and is subject to the discretion of Ski Dubai Management
