Yoga in the Snow with Enhance Fitness

If you can really do yoga just about anywhere, why not take your practice to the snow? Led by the highly qualified instructors from Enhance, a 'Snowga' session is great for those who want to increase their balance, focus, concentration, and muscle toning.

Abs and Glutes Workout with Enhance Fitness

Having strong glutes go hand in hand with a strong core. These two muscle groups are responsible for so many of our day-to-day movements. This workout has been designed to work them both at the same time and lead to a stronger body and overall better movement patterns

High Intensity Interval Training with F45
29 October
Gym-lovers and adrenaline junkies, this one’s for you! You can keep fit and get that exhilarating fix with a 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training session in snow with the help of trainers from the well known fitness studio F45.

- Time: 9.00AM to 9.50AM
- Maximum number of participants: 20

Terms and Conditions
- Prior registration is a must to secure a spot
- All participants should arrive 15 minutes before their session
- Gloves and excerise mats will be provided
- Each participant must bring their own towels. No towels will be provided on the day
- Ski Dubai jackets and trousers can be utilised on the day if required. However, gym leggings/work out attire would be advisable
- The activity will be conducted at drive station on the flat area with a 2m distance between each participant at all times.
- The practice may be extended slightly if the instructor feels it is appropriate to do so
- All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT
- Gloves and excerise mats will be provided
- Locker access will be provided to store your belongings
- Prior registration is a must to secure a spot
