CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION OF BOOKINGS
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellation request made 48 hours before the visit, full refund will be provided
- For any cancellation request made 24 hours before the visit, 50% refund will be provided
- For any cancellation request made on the same day, no refund will be provided
Modification Policy
- All tickets modifications should take place before 24 hours
- Same-day modifications are subject to ticket availability (Rescheduling fee will be EGP 400 per ticket)
