NEW: Sensory-Friendly Session
On 15 December, join our sensory-friendly sessions designed for guests with sensory sensitivities. Enjoy softer lighting, lower sound levels, and calmer interactions with Santa and his elves. Wheelchair assistance will be available, and guests can visit in advance to try on the snow clothing for added comfort.

Things to know
- This pass does not include access to the Snow Park
- No outfit is required for this pass
- Tables are seated on a first come, first seated basis
- Please arrive at 8:45 am to enjoy the full festive experience
- Printed photo with Santa will be available for collection at the DigiPhoto Counter
- All attendees, including children and infants below the ages of 2, are required to purchase tickets for Breakfast with Santa
- Children between 0-2 years old can purchase the discounted ticket worth AED 75
